Head of Sales-North America

The Head of Sales for the region is responsible to develop, design and implement the company’s sales strategy/ plan to attain business and revenue goals, with a focus on new business acquisition, sales productivity and market penetration in the geography

This would include formulation and development of the annual Sales Plan in execution of business goals and establishment of annual and monthly sales objectives

Implement the Sales Plan, revisions and corrective actions as necessary to ensure achievement of business and revenue objectives

Provide leadership and create a high performance sales team while maintaining focus on strategic goals

Build and develop key relationships with C-suite executives and key influencers of strategic/potential customers to increase the company’s customer base

The ideal candidate should have strong relationships and references in the industry for demand creation and large opportunity pursuits and a successful history of deal closures

Strong entrepreneurial, problem-solving, and analytical and strategy skills to analyze customer needs, research business solutions, develop sales strategies and respond flexibly to contingencies is required

Minimum of 12+ years experience demonstrating proven success in the outsourcing industry in building and managing strategic relationships, growing sales and closing deals including executing a solution selling process and complex sales cycles with senior/executive level management

Prior experience in sales in a leadership/senior management or strategic planning roles in a similar industry is preferred

Client Partner-North East

The Client Partner will be a member of the sales team and report into the Head of Client Engagement in North America. This person will be required to grow existing accounts by 5M ACV.

The ideal candidate will have worked in a BPO/ITO company for 10 years and has experience in cross selling solutions such as, R&A, F&A, and Call Center. Additionally, this candidate will need to have key vertical knowledge depending upon location of position.

The candidate will be required to have a well defined strategy on growing existing accounts offerings by cross selling solutions the company offers. This candidate will need to be able to leverage their resources around them to create more opportunities as well as, close deals with their existing clients. The ideal candidate will need to have worked with the C-Suite and understand how to grow existing business to its full potential.Head of Sales

Will create a pipeline, cold call and close small to medium size deals.

Hunter of 5-9 years-BPO experience

Must be commercially savvy to close the deal, know the transaction and knows all facets of the sales cycle.

Ideally based in NYC but can be based Mid-West to East
