Ideal candidate would have the in-depth understanding of operational metrics, truck routing and distribution. If you have a broad knowledge of hospital based delivery experience this would be a plus.</p>
<p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Responsibilities:</span></strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Manage      overall P&amp;L, service production, distribution, and client care</li>
<li>Develop,      implement and manage plans to increase production, pickup and delivery      routing, and warehouse efficiencies through people, processes, procedures      and equipment.</li>
<li>Hire,      develop, manage and lead key managers to establish strategic plans,      policies and objectives to ensure sharing of best practices and optimize      employee involvement.</li>
<li>Responsible      for compliance and safety of all operations staff in the region.</li>
</ul>
<p>We have a position in the Northern, CA area and also one is the Orlando area.</p>

<p>The candidate should have led high performance teams in farming key strategic accounts to drive revenue growth, customer satisfaction and deepen and widen penetration</p>
<p>Identify opportunities to develop new business that align with company’s core competencies within assigned accounts and expand existing business</p>
<p>Build and develop key relationships with C-suite executives and key influencers of strategic/potential key accounts</p>
<p>Deliver cost-effective solutions in onsite-offsite multi-cultural delivery environment with effective Program management &amp; Client management skills</p>
<p>Responsible for account farming activities to indentify/ assess opportunity areas in current and new projects</p>
<p>- Ability to deepen relationship with solution based offerings to existing clients</p>
<p>- Incase of conglomerates ability to cross sell to other business unit/sub business unit</p>
<p>Ensure and track market intelligence on current and proposed business opportunities</p>
<p>Ability to predict and build sustainable/scalable business opportunity</p>
<p>Responsible to successfully manage the needs of the customers, ensure high customer satisfaction and retention, and build customer loyalty.</p>

<p>The ideal candidate will have worked in a  BPO/ITO company for 10 years and has experience in cross selling solutions such  as, R&amp;A, F&amp;A, and Call Center. Additionally, this candidate will need to  have key vertical knowledge depending upon location of position.</p>
<p>The  candidate will be required to have a well defined strategy on growing existing  accounts offerings by cross selling solutions the company offers. This candidate  will need to be able to leverage their resources around them to create more  opportunities as well as, close deals with their existing clients. Ideal candidate would have the Infectious Disease, Infection Control, or Environmental Services contacts inside of the hospitals. You do need to have hospital experience but if you have multiple contacts inside of the hospitals this would also work.</p>
<p>You can be based in San Francisco, Sacramento, and San Jose, CA. Will work a geographic area in California as well as manage reps in the California area.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The Field Service Manager is directly responsible for providing world class service to a regional group of hospital accounts by managing Service Techs and coordinating with the Plant Manager and Delivery Route Drivers.  The role is the field operations leader of the group of accounts ensuring the hospital receives the highest level of service including, but not limited to:</p>
<ol>
<li>Adequate supply of clean collectors available at all times.</li>
<li>On time pick up of scheduled full collectors.</li>
<li>Serve as the company’s primary operations contact with all hospital key department heads and staff with call backs and service delivery within agreed upon times.</li>
<li>Provides that all ongoing service needs are met with sense of urgency and professionalism while maintaining the highest safety, quality and cost efficiencies.</li>
<li>Conduct and document regularly scheduled reviews with hospital staff providing an open dialogue to improve or maintain highest levels of service.</li>
<li>Communicate on an ongoing basis any feedback from hospital staff to Operations and Sales Management to allow for continuous improvement.</li>
</ol>
<p>The Field Service Manager reports to the Area Operations Manager and works in tandem with the Sales Reps to determine client needs, including but not limited to: overseeing all aspects of installations, hospital staff in-servicing, hiring, training, and management of the Service Techs.</p>

<p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p>
<ol>
<li>4 year degree or equivalent experience.</li>
<li>Minimum 5 years proven leadership experience in service related industry; hospital services or related industry experience highly desirable.</li>
<li>Excellent verbal and written communications skills to develop and maintain positive relationships with clients.</li>
</ol>
<p><strong> Looking for two Field Managers; one located in the Columbus, OH area and  one open for the Metro Detroit area.</strong></p>
