Head of Sales-North America

The Head of Sales for the region is responsible to develop, design and implement the company’s sales strategy/ plan to attain business and revenue goals, with a focus on new business acquisition, sales productivity and market penetration in the geography

This would include formulation and development of the annual Sales Plan in execution of business goals and establishment of annual and monthly sales objectives

Implement the Sales Plan, revisions and corrective actions as necessary to ensure achievement of business and revenue objectives

Provide leadership and create a high performance sales team while maintaining focus on strategic goals

Build and develop key relationships with C-suite executives and key influencers of strategic/potential customers to increase the company’s customer base

The ideal candidate should have strong relationships and references in the industry for demand creation and large opportunity pursuits and a successful history of deal closures

Strong entrepreneurial, problem-solving, and analytical and strategy skills to analyze customer needs, research business solutions, develop sales strategies and respond flexibly to contingencies is required

Minimum of 12+ years experience demonstrating proven success in the outsourcing industry in building and managing strategic relationships, growing sales and closing deals including executing a solution selling process and complex sales cycles with senior/executive level management

Prior experience in sales in a leadership/senior management or strategic planning roles in a similar industry is preferred
