Head of Client Services

The Head of Client Services is responsible to develop, design and implement a strategy to spearhead the organization’s revenue growth from strategic accounts in the geography

The candidate should have led high performance teams in farming key strategic accounts to drive revenue growth, customer satisfaction and deepen and widen penetration

Identify opportunities to develop new business that align with company’s core competencies within assigned accounts and expand existing business

Build and develop key relationships with C-suite executives and key influencers of strategic/potential key accounts

Deliver cost-effective solutions in onsite-offsite multi-cultural delivery environment with effective Program management & Client management skills

Responsible for account farming activities to indentify/ assess opportunity areas in current and new projects

- Ability to deepen relationship with solution based offerings to existing clients

- Incase of conglomerates ability to cross sell to other business unit/sub business unit

Ensure and track market intelligence on current and proposed business opportunities

Ability to predict and build sustainable/scalable business opportunity

Responsible to successfully manage the needs of the customers, ensure high customer satisfaction and retention, and build customer loyalty.

Proven success in selling ITES services through a consultative and solution based approach is essential.

Minimum of 12+ years experience demonstrating proven success in the outsourcing industry in building and managing strategic relationships, growing sales and closing deals including executing a solution selling process and complex sales cycles with senior/executive level management

Prior experience in sales in a leadership/senior management or strategic planning roles in a similar industry is preferred

Strong entrepreneurial, problem-solving, and analytical and strategy skills to analyze customer needs, research business solutions, develop sales strategies and respond flexibly to contingencies is required
