Area Operations Manager

I am looking for someone that has at least 8 years of operations leadership experience. I am also looking for someone that has done this in multiple locations. Ideal candidate would have the in-depth understanding of operational metrics, truck routing and distribution. If you have a broad knowledge of hospital based delivery experience this would be a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Manage overall P&L, service production, distribution, and client care
• Develop, implement and manage plans to increase production, pickup and delivery routing, and warehouse efficiencies through people, processes, procedures and equipment.
• Hire, develop, manage and lead key managers to establish strategic plans, policies and objectives to ensure sharing of best practices and optimize employee involvement.
• Responsible for compliance and safety of all operations staff in the region.

We have a position in the Northern, CA area and also one is the Orlando area.
