Logistics Manager
Fast growing, hospital services company is looking for a Logistics Manager. This position reports directly to the COO and is located in downtown Chicago, IL.
Ideal candidate will have logistics and transportation experience, understanding of route optimization, logistics metrics, distribution, and leadership skills. If you have knowledge in the health care industry this is defiantly a plus.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Logistics or related professional experience.
- Minimum of 10 years leadership experience including development of logistics strategies and planning; Healthcare or Medical Waste industry experience preferred.
- Experience with warehouse management systems and routing software.
- Strong working knowledge of DOT rules and regulations.
