Field Service Manager

The Field Service Manager is directly responsible for providing world class service to a regional group of hospital accounts by managing Service Techs and coordinating with the Plant Manager and Delivery Route Drivers.  The role is the field operations leader of the group of accounts ensuring the hospital receives the highest level of service including, but not limited to:

  1. Adequate supply of clean collectors available at all times.
  2. On time pick up of scheduled full collectors.
  3. Serve as the company’s primary operations contact with all hospital key department heads and staff with call backs and service delivery within agreed upon times.
  4. Provides that all ongoing service needs are met with sense of urgency and professionalism while maintaining the highest safety, quality and cost efficiencies.
  5. Conduct and document regularly scheduled reviews with hospital staff providing an open dialogue to improve or maintain highest levels of service.
  6. Communicate on an ongoing basis any feedback from hospital staff to Operations and Sales Management to allow for continuous improvement.

The Field Service Manager reports to the Area Operations Manager and works in tandem with the Sales Reps to determine client needs, including but not limited to: overseeing all aspects of installations, hospital staff in-servicing, hiring, training, and management of the Service Techs.

Requirements:

  1. 4 year degree or equivalent experience.
  2. Minimum 5 years proven leadership experience in service related industry; hospital services or related industry experience highly desirable.
  3. Excellent verbal and written communications skills to develop and maintain positive relationships with clients.

Looking for two Field Managers; one located in the Columbus, OH area and  one open for the Metro Detroit area.
